Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master’s degree in related field OR 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field
• Proficiency in querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources to derive meaningful insights
• Strong performance in SQL, R, Python
• Ability to create dynamic, visually engaging dashboards using Tableau or Power BI
• High BI proficiency and ability to take a business case from inception to execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proven track record of championing initiatives with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of analytical concepts and tools to support engagements with internal/external customers
• Handle moderately complex analytical problems with guidance using data from various sources to provide insights for decision-makers
• Follow established guidelines to design, maintain data layers and document use cases
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather/analyze data and deliver actionable insights
• Provide expertise in healthcare consulting with emphasis on data visualization, data warehousing, and datasets
