Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. (CNI) is seeking a Business Process Analyst IV to analyze and improve business processes across the organization.

You will identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities, gathering requirements and documenting current and future workflows. You will create process maps, SOPs, and KPI measurements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes, drive productivity, and reduce costs while enhancing quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Gather requirements via interviews, workshops, and data analysis; document current and future workflows.
  • Create process maps and documentation including SOPs, decision points, inputs, outputs, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on process changes and support successful implementation.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce cost, and improve quality.
  • Perform data analysis to uncover trends and drive data based improvement recommendations.
  • Support change management by communicating updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating training.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and track ongoing performance.
  • Promote continuous improvement and stay current on industry best practices.
  • May lead, train, and mentor team members.

The Business Process Analyst IV is responsible for analyzing and improving business processes within an organization. Identifies inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and proposes solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven plus (7+) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic. The estimated pay range for this role is $51.63 to $58 per hour, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
