Job summary

Trek Health is seeking an entry-level Sales Engineer to join our Bay Area team. You will partner with Account Executives to understand client use cases, demonstrate Trek's capabilities, and build proofs of concept that show tangible ROI for healthcare providers.

You will work hands-on with AI models, agent frameworks, and data validation to translate technical findings into executive-ready recommendations and winning deals.

Qualifications

• Persuasive, client-facing experience in sales engineering, management consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive audiences.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with datasets and build business cases.
• Experience configuring AI agents or working with LLMs and agent frameworks is a plus.
• Self-direction, ownership, and ability to manage multiple deals and POCs.

Responsibilities

• Technical discovery with account executives to map use cases and success criteria.
• Deliver tailored demos aligned to client needs for executive audiences.
• Scope, build, and deliver proofs of concept tied to client data and use cases.
• Validate client data in Trek's system with diligence and accuracy.
• Build ROI models and quantify Trek's impact in business terms.
• Configure AI agents and develop client-specific skill files on Trek's platform.
