Job summary

Protege is seeking AI Engineers to join our healthcare team. This hands-on role owns customer engagements from feasibility through delivery and post-launch support, combining customer needs, healthcare data, and our platform to drive impactful outcomes.

You will partner with healthcare leadership and data teams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions, while building reusable delivery assets and providing clear technical guidance amid regulatory constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience in software engineering, solution architecture, forward deployed engineering, technical implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.

Responsibilities

• Own healthcare customer engagements end-to-end from initial scoping through delivery and post-delivery support.
• Become the primary technical partner for assigned healthcare customers and build trusted relationships with customer engineering and technical teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent healthcare engagements while maintaining delivery quality and customer confidence.
• Develop and deploy integrations, data transformations, and applications for customer-specific challenges.
