Pangaea Data Limited is seeking a Project Manager to drive client engagements from discovery to delivery in the life sciences and healthcare space.

You will lead cross-functional teams, document requirements, and manage timelines while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of AI/NLP and scientific domains will help bridge technical and clinical needs.

Qualifications

• University qualification in Life Sciences, Biomedical Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, milestones and timelines.
• Experience in biopharma, healthcare, life sciences, research, or technology sectors.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for client-facing and technical materials.
• Familiarity with AI/NLP concepts and ability to work with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage client projects from engagement through delivery, liaising with technical, clinical, and commercial teams.
• Capture and translate client requirements into actionable plans and communicate capabilities clearly.
• Own day-to-day project management, milestones, deliverables, and risk management.
• Lead meetings, manage expectations, and handle stakeholder communications professionally.
• Coordinate cross-functional effort to ensure consistent, high-quality client experience.
