Arvato, a global 3PL provider, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex healthcare-related projects in a data-driven, AI-enabled environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and risk, while interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes applying analytics to guide decisions, leveraging Power BI, and adopting new digital tools to enhance project and operations management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong planning, organizational, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into practical actions.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI preferred).
• Practical understanding of AI and generative AI with interest in applying technologies to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure delivery according to scope, quality, timeline, and budget.
• Translate requirements into defined activities and work packages.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and align stakeholders.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigations, and drive resolutions.
• Establish project governance, status meetings, and reporting.
