Job summary

Cognizant's TriZetto Product House Sales, Solutions & Architecture team seeks a candidate to support presales from initial contact through contracting and handoff to delivery. You will help scope engagements, develop proposals, and build forward-looking solutions grounded in TriZetto products.

You will gain exposure to our services, develop with the delivery team the scope, timeline, and cost, and prepare decks and communications for accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with MIS/Business Analytics/Business Process/PM emphasis
• Strong communication with a technology background; comfortable with numbers (Excel, budgeting)
• Understanding of the healthcare industry
• Willing to learn; on-the-job training provided
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Excellent organization and project coordination
• Ability to learn technical solutions and apply business concepts
• Experience with AI, Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, healthcare coursework, or consulting/business case competitions

Responsibilities

• Support initial contact and discovery with the account team
• Develop proposals for existing customers across service lines
• Build forward-looking solutions grounded in TriZetto products
• Support contracting and transition from sales to delivery
• Gain exposure to products and services with delivery team — scope, timeline, and cost
• Develop PowerPoint decks and communications for the account team
• Use AI to accelerate proposal development, requirements-gathering, and deliverable creation
