Job summary

Cognizant's TriZetto Product House is seeking a Sales, Solutions & Architecture professional to support presales from initial contact through contracting and handoff to delivery. Based in Phoenix, AZ, you will help scope engagements from small projects to multi-million dollar deals.

You will develop proposals, build forward-looking solutions grounded in TriZetto products, assist with contracting, and create PowerPoint decks while leveraging AI to accelerate proposal development and requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; preferred MIS, Business Analytics, Business Process, or Project Management
Strong communication skills with a technical background; comfortable with numbers (Excel, budgeting)
Understanding of the healthcare industry and willingness to learn; on-the-job training provided
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability; good written, verbal, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Support initial contact and discovery with the account team
Develop proposals for existing customers across Cognizant's service lines
Build forward-looking solutions grounded in TriZetto products
Support contracting and transition from sales to delivery
Gain exposure to products and services with delivery teams on scope, timeline, and cost
Develop PowerPoint decks and communications for the account team; potential client meetings
Use AI to accelerate proposal development, requirements gathering, and deliverable creation
