Job summary

Onos Health in San Francisco is seeking a Forward-Deployed Product Manager to fix how behavioral health care is managed, delivered, and paid for in the United States. This high-ownership, client-facing role sits at the intersection of product, account management, and implementation.

You will own 1-2 health plan relationships end-to-end, translate clinical and operational needs into product direction, and collaborate with engineers to ship solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in product management and/or consulting.
• Strong communicator who can run client meetings and write clear specs.
• Proven project management discipline with deadlines and accountability.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable engineering specs.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and handling ambiguity.
• Experience navigating complex client environments.
• Passionate about solving healthcare’s biggest challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own 1-2 health plan customers end-to-end.
