Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development, data engineering, or AI/ML experience.
• 4+ years Python with core data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Databricks).
• 3+ years applying ML techniques in a commercial enterprise (supervised/unsupervised, time-series, or statistics).
• 2+ years applying NLP/LLMs in production with large-scale datasets.
• 1+ years building, deploying, and maintaining RESTful APIs for ML model inference.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate ML models using GenAI and traditional ML techniques on cloud.
• Write and deploy scalable Python APIs for model inference on Kubernetes.
• Integrate semantic search to improve data accessibility for analytics.
• Develop AI-powered solutions addressing business challenges with responsible AI.
• Evaluate emerging tech trends to inform design and architecture.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
• Use agentic coding and tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) for collaboration.
• Maintain coding standards, documentation, and monitoring of AI/ML pipelines.
