Job summary

Anterior is seeking a Frontier Strategist to lead AI-drivenpayer operations deployments. You will coordinate across AI engineers, clinicians, and SME teams to tailor Anterior's Florence platform to client needs, translating requirements into deployment specs and coordinating across teams to ensure successful implementations.

You’ll own deployments, designing workflows, writing requirements, defining tests, and managing timelines while presenting to client leadership for sign-off.

Qualifications

• A delivery track record demonstrating successful completion of complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement end-to-end from initial design through launch.
• Turn ambiguity into a buildable plan across clinical policy, legacy systems and regulations.
• Build consensus among stakeholders and drive a single shared plan.
• Dive deep into clinical workflows, payer operations, and interoperability standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on needs and roadmaps.
