CypressPointe Health and Wellness in Houston, TX is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our full-time team. The role focuses on coordinating admissions, building referral networks, and ensuring a smooth guest-and-family experience from first contact through admission.

The position supports outreach to hospitals and physicians, manages tours for prospective guests, and collaborates with care teams to determine appropriate services and insurance needs, all while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience in health care sales, marketing or insurance preferred.
• Experience in managed care or insurance preferred.
• Create and execute facility sales and marketing plans and strategies.
• Conduct admission screenings of potential guests; determine level of care, services required, equipment needs and insurance coverage as needed.
• Welcome guest and family upon admission.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the facility and the outside community.
• Connect daily with potential referral sources including hospitals, physicians, insurers, case management companies and health care agencies.
