Responsibilities

• Handles a high volume of inquiries; follows up promptly; notes conversations in CRM; sends materials.
• Assists Admissions Advisors with obstacles and monitors telephone activities; helps meet goals.
• Strives to secure higher QA evaluation scores than Advisors.
• Manages referral inquiries and conversion rates to meet goals.
• Assists with enrollment packets; verifies/provides tuition info; discusses Financial Aid outcomes.
• Addresses questions from new students; emphasizes orientation importance.
• Recruits and enrolls qualified applicants using tours, events, and other methods.
• Ensures all enrollment forms are completed.
