Qualifications

• 5+ years of Triage reps experience in healthcare.
• Judgment from real consequences spanning at least 3 years.
• A NJ work history or strong reasons you’ll thrive in NJ.
• Humility to revise strong opinions when data argues back.

Responsabilités

• Walk the Elizabeth, NJ floor at handoff and verify patient status before sign-out.
• Recognize and elevate changes in patient status promptly.
• Verify two patient identifiers before every draw, scan, and medication pass.
• Monitor and replenish clinical supplies and medication stock.
• Support post-op patients through the initial hours, addressing nausea, pain, and fear.
