Bristol Glen, a United Methodist Communities campus in Newton, NJ, is hiring a Healthcare Administrator to lead our 60-bed health center. The role reports to the Executive Director and drives clinical and operational performance to ensure top-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in a long-term care setting.
• Active New Jersey LNHA license.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial, quality, and operational performance for the 60-bed health center's departments, reporting to the Executive Director.
• Maintain compliance with infection control, fire safety, sanitation, and universal precaution standards.
• Coordinate state health inspections and survey processes, and manage relationships with residents, families, physicians, and government agencies.
• Build and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and operating supplies.
• Lead our compliance program, including the Compliance Hotline and standards of conduct.
• Meet regularly with residents and families to address concerns and build trust.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that support the community's goals.

What You'll Need

• Certified Aging Services Professional (CASP) certification
