Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. seeks an Associate Improvement Therapist (AIT) in a long-term facility training role, under the direct oversight of a licensed Precepting Administrator. The position emphasizes leadership development, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance across sites.

You will analyze facility operations, coordinate between residents, families and external partners, and contribute to budget and KPI reporting while embodying the company’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business is required or preferred.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred for advanced roles.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assists in analyzing operations within a nursing facility.
• Liaises between the nursing facility, residents, families and external partners.
• Develops reporting on budget projections, revenue and expenses.
• Models the Mission, Vision and Values; ensures respectful treatment of staff, residents and families.
• Involves in community groups and builds relationships with hospital leadership and physicians.
• Monitors regulatory updates and implements changes as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of staffing levels and industry standards.
• Supports policy changes and risk management within the facility.
• Participates in capital improvements and safety programs.
• Develops relationships with support teams to meet goals.
• Assists in contract negotiations with vendors under supervision.
