PACS is seeking an Administrative Training position for a Long-Term Facility, with direct oversight by a licensed Preceptor. All essential duties are performed under the Preceptor's supervision to ensure proper training and compliance.
The role involves analyzing facility operations, budgeting and reporting, HR support, policy implementation, and coordinating with HR/Clinical/Finance teams. You will engage with community leaders and participate in safety, risk management, and advisory activities

This position is responsible for assisting in managing and overseeing multiple levels of employees either directly or indirectly. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to, hiring, training, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, resolving problems and terminations.
Education and/or Experience Required - Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred. Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To preform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite products.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000
