Job summary

PACS is seeking an Administrative Training position for a Long-Term Facility, with direct oversight by a licensed Preceptor. All essential duties are performed under the Preceptor's supervision to ensure proper training and compliance.

The role involves analyzing facility operations, budgeting and reporting, HR support, policy implementation, and coordinating with HR/Clinical/Finance teams. You will engage with community leaders and participate in safety, risk management, and advisory activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing operations within a nursing facility.
• Liaise between the facility, residents, families and outside community.
• Develop reporting on budget projections, revenue and expenses.
• Monitor and support compliance with regulations and policy changes.
• Assist in HR matters and risk management within the facility.
• Participate in advisory committees and safety programs.
