Job summary

Protege is hiring a Partnerships Manager, Healthcare Administrative & Operations Data to help customers access high‑value, rights‑protected healthcare data for AI training and workflow development. You will bridge customers, commercial teams, Data Lab, Solutions, Privacy, Legal, Operations, and data partners.

You will turn unmet healthcare data needs into sourcing strategies, identify supply paths, and move deals from first conversation through diligence, contracting, and activation.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales with healthcare data or data partnerships.
• Ability to translate customer needs into sourcing briefs and partner commitments.
• Comfort navigating privacy, security, and rights considerations with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and prospect needs into clear healthcare data sourcing briefs with workflow, data elements, and rights requirements.
• Build a map of healthcare administrative and operations data supply and key partner paths.
• Source and build trusted relationships with organizations that hold operational healthcare data.
• Run partner discovery conversations to understand data generation, links, fields, and transformations.
• Assess privacy, PHI/PII exposure, de-identification, and data-use restrictions early in discussions.
• Prioritize opportunities by demand, value, quality, and rights posture; drive NDA, samples, and contracting forward.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to move opportunities quickly while managing risk.
