Qualifikationen

• Completion of Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Public Health.
• Candidates who have finished coursework but must complete a fellowship to graduate are eligible.

Aufgaben

• May conduct operational analyses to evaluate facility operations and identify efficiency improvements.
• Assist budget development, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution of initiatives aligned with long-term vision.
• Analyze healthcare data and KPIs to identify trends and inform recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with multiple departments to milestones and deliverables.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
• Contribute to training program development for administrative staff.
• Collaborate with community partners on outreach and service promotion.
• Evaluate vendor relationships, assist in contract negotiations, and procurement.
• Analyze patient feedback and design processes to address concerns.
• Assist development and execution of emergency response plans.
• Help create/update organizational policies and procedures.
