Ethos Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time Healthcare Administration professional to coordinate therapy equipment orders, verify documentation, and process patient referrals on-site in Blue Bell, PA.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to review documentation and data accurately.
• Effective communication with healthcare providers, patients, caregivers and internal teams.
• Ability to help clinicians and partners understand available solutions.
• Provide compassionate customer service to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales to support order conversion and understand product offerings.
• Experience in healthcare administration, durable medical equipment, home health, or related setting is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard office software and willingness to learn new tools.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate therapy equipment orders and verify documentation.
• Ensure timely processing of patient referrals and service requests.
• Maintain patient and account records and collaborate with clinical and sales teams.
• Communicate with healthcare providers, payers, and caregivers to support equipment delivery.
• Monitor workflow, track authorizations, and assist with billing tasks.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to improve processes and patient experience.
