Job summary

Ethos Therapy Solutions is seeking a Therapy Consultant to drive new business in the post-acute market with a fully remote role. You will identify potential clients, educate clinicians, and promote Ethos therapy surface products across home health, wound care centers, hospital case management and extended care facilities.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS, at least five years of sales in home health or extended care, knowledge of wound care, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS degree; science field preferred.
• Minimum five years business or business selling in home health or extended care.
• RN, LPN or strong wound care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple product lines to become expert in Ethos Therapy Solution products, their application and benefit to patient healing.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with healthcare providers, caregivers, and clinicians to promote Ethos products in post-acute environments.
• Provide education to clinicians, patients, and caregivers on wound assessment and therapy expectations.
• Deliver formal presentations and in-services detailing clinical and financial benefits of Ethos products.
• Help assess patient needs to align therapy surface to clinical goals.
• Coordinate with facilities to arrange transitions to Ethos products.
• Collaborate with Ethos staff and referring professionals to meet customer needs.
• Assist with Medicare/payor documentation for timely product placement.
• Initiate monthly reviews with clinical teams to improve treatment outcomes.
• Complete all required corporate, employment, compliance and departmental training.
