Job summary

Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care Inc (AAAHC) seeks an Account Representative I in Deerfield, IL to support daily operations from application review to accreditation decisions. You will manage client accounts, ensure timely service delivery, and engage with surveyors and governance members in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client accreditation/certification account management process for new and renewal clients.
• Review incoming client applications for completeness to ensure accurate scoping, Standards curation, and surveyor assignment; follow up with clients for input as necessary.
• Collaborate with Scheduling Coordinators to ensure timely survey/surveyor match and scheduling; determine onsite survey scope for multi-event tours.
• Develop knowledge of AAAHC Standards to address client questions and support accreditation decisions.
• Review Plans of Correction for completeness and follow-up with client as needed.
