Job summary

Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) is seeking an Account Advisor to support and advance the accreditation process for all programs. You will educate customers about ACHC capabilities to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.

The role emphasizes exceptional interpersonal communication and high-level customer service, with a hybrid on-site/remote work arrangement in Cary, NC and a base salary plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred) in a business-related field with three years of relevant work experience; or a high school education with five years of relevant business experience.
• Prior Customer Service experience required with proven success in building and maintaining positive relationships.
• Experience with computer systems; proficient use of database and other office system programs; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides Customer Service support to all clients from first inquiry through all phases of the accreditation process for all programs.
• Processes accreditation documents through all phases within established time frames and policies.
• Scores data collection documents and develops clear, concise summaries with recommendations to customers.
• Reads and understands all program standards and accreditation policies and procedures.
• Reviews and recommends changes to department policies to maintain integrity of processes.
• Revises policies and control documents as assigned.
