Responsibilities

• Receive, process and prepare collection items for deposit.
• Compile and sort mail related to patient accounts.
• Post ERA and mailed in checks; prepare posting batches.
• Balance daily transaction registers and summary.
• Answer phone calls to take payments.
• Assist with insurance denials and underpayments.
