Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stamps and sorts incoming mail and batches invoices.
• Verifies addresses, IDs, and coding; checks totals and discounts when applicable.
• Types vouchers with invoice details and maintains records per procedures.
• Assigns voucher numbers, distributes payments, and handles vendor files.
• Maintains agency logs and records voucher numbers, POs, and totals.
• Handles vendor inquiries about invoice payments and aging.
• Manages 1099 data and non-employee compensation listings.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
