Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business or related field or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• Experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales or related project-support role.
• Knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems.
• Minimum 3 years in sales support, customer service or inside sales.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; prioritize tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint) and CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to groups.
• Analytical mindset; able to interpret complex data.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Concordance functions (Sales, Customer Service, Contracts, Purchasing, Operations).
• Manage territory business: sales mix, expenses, pricing.
• Liaison between customer service, sales and operations.
• Oversee new customer conversion projects in assigned region.
• Coordinate product line conversions for current customers.
• Prepare business review reports and provide findings/recommendations.
• Analyze backorder reports and provide ETA explanations.
• Assist inventory management for region relevant stock.
• Recommend product mix and providers where possible.
• Directly manage equipment quotes and bids with Sales team.
