Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare is seeking an Account Manager to oversee daily facility relationships within the assigned territory. You’ll manage positions, submit candidates, confirm details, resolve issues and ensure outstanding customer service to drive productivity and client satisfaction.

You will liaison between placement consultants and facilities, proactively engage with clients to understand needs, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a business office environment, preferably in staffing, medical or sales.
• Minimum 1-year experience in customer service-related role.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Placement Consultants and facilities.
• Match appropriate candidates to open positions and review applications.
• Aggressively promote Cross Country to facilitate job interviews and candidate submissions.
• Follow up with facilities on submissions, renewals and P1’s; negotiate contract details.
• Coordinate with Cross Country teams to meet facility needs and provide excellent service.
