Job summary

Infosys seeks a Client Partner to lead our Healthcare vertical, acting as trusted advisor and primary liaison for a strategic healthcare account. You will own end-to-end relationship management, driving transformation and measurable outcomes through digital solutions.

Collaborate with Senior Client Partners to design account strategy, accelerate growth, and strengthen executive relationships, with full P&L responsibility for a $30–$50M portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent with 11+ years of experience in sales/relationship/account management.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Experience in healthcare industry verticals is preferred.
• Track record of interacting with C-level client contacts and leading proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and drive portfolio growth up to $30-50M.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure commitments are met for the client.
• Create and govern the account plan with opportunities, relationships, pricing, and risks.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, negotiations, and win strategy.
