Job summary

Work closely with Project Managers to manage scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring compliance with healthcare codes and regulatory standards. Active US licensure and 7–10 years of healthcare experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Active architectural license in a U.S. state.
• 7–10 years of architectural experience, with healthcare projects.
• Proficiency in architectural detailing, building systems, and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of healthcare projects through all phases.
• Translate design concepts into coordinated, constructible solutions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to align scope, schedule, budget, and milestones.
• Oversee documentation sets and quality reviews.
• Apply healthcare codes, accessibility, life-safety, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in meetings with clients and consultants to communicate technical info.
• Support bidding, permitting, and construction with submittals and RFIs.
• Mentor junior staff and advance the team's technical skills.
