Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Nursing, Counseling or related field.
• 3 years of relevant healthcare operations or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of the clinical specialty access program and related workflows.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to refine processes, staffing, and quality initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure regulatory and documentation standards.
