Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Access Control in Columbus, OH to protect clients across healthcare and various industries. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage badge access, and assist visitors and staff with professionalism.

The role offers a full-time schedule with a pay rate of $18.18 per hour and opportunities for growth within a caring, agile team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and contractors per policies.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry and badge usage.
• Respond to alarms and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate access logs, visitor records and reports.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas and interior/perimeter zones.
