Job summary

Allied Universal® in Nashville, TN, is hiring a Security Officer Badge Review Patrol for a full-time role at a healthcare location. You will conduct routine patrols, deter security incidents, support access control, and deliver courteous service to patients, visitors, and staff as part of a reliable, patient‑focused team.

The position offers full-time hours with a pay rate of $17.64 per hour and a daytime/night schedule.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures and policy.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions as needed.
• Document incidents and patrol activities and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
