Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements: standing, lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and resolve potential service issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Handle cashier duties with cash, checks and card transactions per policy.
• Restock shelves and manage pricing and inventory as directed.
• Assist with opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Support other departments and ensure their areas are stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including occasional pharmacy shifts.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
