Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Retail Store Associate in a dynamic retail environment. You will engage customers, restock shelves, assist in the pharmacy when needed, and support opening/closing store activities.

The role offers growth opportunities and a pathway within CVS services and loyalty programs. The position requires at least a high school diploma (or equivalent) and is ideal for candidates with prior retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Ability to stand for sustained periods.
• Lift and move items up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently.
• Good visual acuity for computer terminals and small parts/details.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers, assist with locating items and offer help.
• Perform cashier duties accurately with cash, checks and credit cards.
• Restock shelves, update pricing and assist with inventory tasks.
• Support opening/closing store activities as needed.
• Assist departments (photo, beauty) and ensure stock and operations are up to date.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and opportunities for growth within pharmacy.
