Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to join our team. You will provide friendly, responsive customer service, assist customers with locating products and processing transactions accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role includes stocking, basic inventory tasks, and supporting the pharmacy team as needed. Flexible hours and opportunities for growth are available, with a typical 20 hours per week schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist locating items.
• Handle cashier transactions with accuracy and adhere to policies.
• Restock shelves, verify pricing, and assist with inventory tasks.
• Support opening/closing activities as needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
