Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to join our team. You will help customers, handle cashier duties, stock shelves and support pharmacy staff as needed, contributing to a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Standing upright for extended periods; ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Visual acuity to read computer terminals and product details.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues;
• Greeting customers warmly, making eye contact, and offering help locating items;
• Accurately perform cashier duties with cash, checks and credit card transactions;
• Restocking shelves, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed by store manager;
• Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed;
• Providing customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty;
• Assisting pharmacy personnel and taking part in pharmacy duties when required;
• Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs to support customer health goals.
