Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Retail Store Associate to join our team in a fast-paced, customer‑driven environment. You will help customers with product locations, operate the cash register, and support multiple departments including beauty and photo services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Part‑time schedule about 29 hours per week.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with locating items and offer help.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and process transactions per policy.
• Maintain shelves, restock, and update pricing as directed by store manager.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and support opening/closing activities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
