Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and help customers find items.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating products.
• Perform cashier duties accurately and process transactions.
• Restock shelves and maintain price updates and inventory tasks.
• Assist with opening/closing store activities and cross-department support.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and support career development opportunities.
