Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering friendly, efficient service while supporting cash handling, stocking, and store operations.

You may assist pharmacy tasks and help customers with health-related services. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work 29 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Visual acuity to perform computer tasks and cash handling duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and offer help locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties with cash, checks and card transactions.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing and manage inventory as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and participate in pharmacy operations when required.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers’ health journeys.
