Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Retail Store Associate to join our team and positively impact customers in a busy store environment. You will greet shoppers, help them locate products, and provide courteous, efficient service throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include cashier duties, stocking, and supporting multiple departments including photo and beauty. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred and a HS diploma is common but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Good vision to operate computer terminals and read small print.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service, anticipate needs, and resolve issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items and questions.
• Perform cashier duties accurately and follow company policies.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and assist with inventory as directed by store manager.
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
