Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, showing compassion and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist with locating items.
• Perform cashier duties accurately and follow policies.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing, and assist with inventory tasks.
• Support opening/closing store activities as needed.
• Assist other departments including photo and beauty, ensuring stock and tools are updated.
• Support pharmacy team and opportunities for growth and development.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
