Job summary

Brookdale is hiring to manage day-to-day healthcare operations in a senior living community in Madison. You will ensure residents receive high-quality care, dignity, and respect across all shifts.

The role requires supervising licensed nursing staff and care partners, training, and scheduling, with an emphasis on medication training, audits, and on-call support. A state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and 1–2 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• State nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) required, active in good standing.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to supervise licensed nursing staff and Caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to meet residents' needs.
• Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and quality care is maintained.
• Oversees licensed nursing staff, medication technicians and caregivers; provides training.
• Schedules associates and ensures continuity of medication training and audits.
• Shares on-call duties as required and supports state licensing requirements.
