Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health/wellness, public health, nursing, or related field.
• 5–10+ years in health and wellness coaching or related field.
• NBC-HWC certification by NBHWC.
• Knowledge of NBHWC coaching competencies and standards.
• Able to translate health concepts into professional learning.
• Experience developing curricula for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Create curricula matrix for the entire professional program.
• Review the UC Davis CPE Proposal, product types, courses, prerequisites, and target market.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with outcomes.
