Job summary

CuraLinc is seeking a Health Educator to empower individuals through tailored coaching and robust health programs. The role emphasizes one-on-one coaching via phone, email, video, and in person, with SMART goal setting and regular progress checks.

You will collaborate with clients to advance health outcomes, develop health promotion activities, and maintain precise documentation. The position supports a dynamic, diverse workplace with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Trained in coaching competencies, theories, and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field (master’s degree preferred).
• NBC-HWC (preferred or obtain within 18 months of hire).
• Experience with clinical health education, weight loss management, nutrition, tobacco cessation, stress management, physical activity, etc.
• Strong understanding of biometric results (BP, glucose, cholesterol, BF/BMI).
• Experience speaking before live and remote audiences for extended periods.
• Experience planning, developing, and designing health education presentations and programs.
• Creative and innovative in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak, demonstrate, and operate remote viewing technology simultaneously.
• Proficient across multiple computer platforms and systems.
• English and Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored one-on-one health coaching via phone, email, video, and in person.
• Co-create action plans and SMART goals with members and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate coaching documentation.
• Drive patient engagement with follow-up calls and biometric event participation.
• Assist in ongoing health promotion activities (classes, webinars, marketing).
• Develop strong stakeholder collaboration with clients and partners.
