Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of experience assisting with daily living activities is preferred.
• CNA and/or CMA credentials are preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents and staff.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as dressing, eating, grooming, mobility, and toileting.
• Support residents according to individualized care plans while promoting dignity and independence.
• Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Build warm relationships and create an engaging, compassionate atmosphere.
• Document services accurately and timely for all care provided or declined.
• Collaborate with Health & Wellness, Culinary, Lifestyle, and Hospitality teams to deliver stellar resident experiences.
