Grand Living in Naples, FL seeks a Health & Wellness Assistant to provide compassionate daily care, support independence, and deliver personalized service through The Sterling Touch. You will assist with activities of daily living, support wellness initiatives, and work within memory care settings as needed.

You will collaborate with nursing and culinary teams to create a warm, respectful environment, document services, and help residents feel valued each day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience assisting with activities of daily living preferred.
• CNA and/or CMA credentials preferred; licensure not required if experience.
• Experience caring for seniors considered in lieu of licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, eating, grooming, mobility, and hygiene.
• Support residents according to individualized care plans while promoting dignity and independence.
• Observe changes and report to nursing staff promptly.
• Build warm relationships with residents and families to enhance the resident experience.
• Collaborate with Health & Wellness, Culinary, Lifestyle, and Hospitality teams to deliver care.
• Document services accurately and timely, including any declined services.
