Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Coral Gables, FL. PRN shifts, reliability, empathy and teamwork are essential as you help residents thrive with exceptional hospitality.

Experience as a caregiver or CNA is welcome but not required; relevant caregiving training is valued. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and high-quality daily living support in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Professional, pleasant and team-oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and report observed changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
