You will combine hands-on leadership with strong process management to meet goals, strengthen accountability, and drive continuous improvement. You will oversee claims operations, drive efficiency, set expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide regular monthly reporting on results and projects, while partnering with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of professional management experience.
• Proven people leadership with coaching and directing teams.
• Analytical mindset: identify trends and root causes.
• Effective communicator with teams, peers, clients and leadership.
• Organized, able to manage competing priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop department managers, supervisors, and team members.
• Oversee claims operations, balancing staffing and workloads to meet goals.
• Set expectations, monitor KPIs, and report results monthly.
• Improve workflows to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Build cross-trained teams and backup coverage for seasonal demands.
• Ensure department processes meet requirements and policies.
• Partner with customer service and production to strengthen communication.
• Oversee tools and vendor coordination while building client relationships.
