Northwest Administrators, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Health & Welfare to lead department operations and develop the leaders and teams delivering accurate, timely service for clients and participants.

You will combine hands-on leadership with process management to meet goals, strengthen accountability, and drive improvements while partnering with customer service and production teams to resolve service issues.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.
• 7-10 years of professional management experience.
• Proven success in teaching, coaching and directing others, setting expectations, and managing staff.
• Analytical mindset; identify trends and root causes to drive improvements.
• Strong communication skills with teams, peers, clients and leadership.
• Organized; manage competing priorities and projects under pressure.
• Familiar with basic accounting concepts and finance-related workflows.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop department managers, supervisors, and team members.
• Oversee claims operations, balancing staffing and workloads to meet quality and production goals.
• Set clear expectations and provide monthly reporting on results and projects.
• Improve workflows to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Build cross-trained teams and backup coverage for seasonal demands and projects.
• Ensure department processes meet requirements and company policies.
• Partner with customer service and production teams to strengthen communication and resolve issues.
• Oversee specialized processes, tools, and vendor coordination while maintaining strong relationships.
